Amazing room and Ensuite bathroom Linton

We are a relaxed, professional couple with a gorgeous two year old, daughter. Our house mate of a year is about to move to Cambridge so we are looking to rent out again. We are ideal for someone relocating or starting at Granta park or Babraham Research Park, who needs a hassle free, quiet and safe place to live while you settle in the area. The room is large with a big ensuite. We are in a quiet cul de sac in a quiet but lively village! The bus service into Granta Park, Barbraham Reserach Park and Cambridge is a 2 minute walk. There is a gym in the village, cafés, a brewery and several shops and nice pubs…we love it. We have a large garden, large kitchen, utility room, separate living room, and an office which can be used as much as you need. We work in London and Cambridge, and we are clean, tidy and relaxed. We are letting for less cost than before in the hope of finding someone soon, and are flexible on dates. We can also rent if you just need Monday to Friday.
