Amazing room and Ensuite bathroom Linton

We are a relaxed, professional couple with. a one year old, who moved from London to a lovely house in the beautiful village of Linton. Our house mate is about to move abroad, so we are looking to rent again soon for an easy commute for Cambridge / Granta park etc. The room is large with a big ensuite. We are in a quiet cul de sac in a quiet but lively village! Linton has a great bus service into Cambridge, a bus twice an hour, and the last bus back from Cambridge is at around 11.15 pm.
There is a gym in the village, cafés, a brewery and several shops and nice pubs…we love it. We have a large garden, large kitchen, utility room, separate living room, and an office which can be used as much as you need. We work in London and Cambridge, and we are clean, tidy and relaxed. We are letting for less cost than before and are flexible on dates. We can also rent if you just need Monday to Friday. Please get in touch ASAP if interested!
