Monday-Friday Room

I’m considering making a comfortable single room in Northstowe, Cambridge, available from Monday evening through to Friday morning. I’m just seeing whether there’s any interest before deciding whether to go ahead, so there’s no immediate commitment required.

I am willing to consider 2-3 nights instead of the usual 4 Monday-Friday.

Ideal tenant

A friendly, respectful and easy-going professional who works in or around Cambridge during the week and has their main home elsewhere. The room would suit someone looking to reduce a long commute.

The home would be shared with just one other person: myself. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. I would prefer a non-smoker.

Conveniently located near the Guided Busway, with connections to Huntingdon, Hinchingbrooke, St Ives, Cambridge North, Cambridge city centre and Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Suitable for professionals working at AstraZeneca, Addenbrooke’s, Royal Papworth, Cambridge Science Park and surrounding businesses.
