Monday-Friday Room

Hello,

I’m considering making a comfortable single room in Northstowe, Cambridge, available from Monday to Friday. I’m just seeing whether there’s any interest before deciding whether to go ahead, so there’s no immediate commitment required.

I am willing to consider 2-3 nights instead of the usual 4 nights.

I’m looking for the right person to share my home during the working week.

I have a comfortable single room available for someone who works in or around Cambridge and is looking for a friendly, relaxed home-from-home.

I’m very easygoing and would love to find someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and who wants somewhere they can genuinely feel comfortable.

There’s absolutely no pressure to socialise. If you fancy a chat, a cuppa or watching some TV together, lovely! Equally, if you’ve had a long day and just want to relax in your room and have your own space, that will always be completely respected.

I think the nicest arrangement is one where we can both just be ourselves, feel comfortable in the house and respect each other’s space and routines.

The room is in Northstowe, with good access to the Guided Busway for Cambridge, Cambridge North and St Ives, so it could be ideal for someone working in Cambridge during the week but whose main home is elsewhere.

It’s more important to me to find someone who feels like the right fit than simply to fill the room.
