One double room available for professional person or mature students in large executive home. All rooms have home working desk space and smart TV. You will have access to shared kitchen with your own fridge, freezer and cupboard space, utility room with washing machine and microwave, dining room, lounge and large garden. I am a friendly, busy person who is sociable while respecting the privacy of others.

I am within walking distance of the centre of town with a five minute walk along the river Nene, with a 15 minute walk to the station which has easy access to Peterborough, Ely, Cambridge and London.

I have a totally flexible approach to letting my rooms and offer a month to month contract basis. I am clean and tidy and are looking to share my home with respectful and like minded people.

All linen and towels included unless you wish to provide your own. Other communal house sundries included with the let, eg. toilet rolls, hand soap , washing up liquid etc.

Deposit necessary to reserve the room at point of acceptance which will be taken off of the first months rent.
