Double Room Available in 2-Bed House

Hi! I’m the current tenant of this 2-bedroom house and I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving due to a new job arrangement.

The house is conveniently located, just 5 minutes’ walk from Tesco Superstore Milton, around 10 minutes’ cycling to Cambridge Science Park or Cambridge North Station, and approximately 25 minutes’ cycling to Cambridge city centre.

The house is shared with just one other person, Victoria, who is a student and also works part-time, so she is out of the house quite often. The property has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The available room is a good-sized double bedroom, which can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

The house is clean and well maintained, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful of the shared space and happy to keep the house clean and tidy. It’s a quiet home, so ideally looking for someone who enjoys a similar environment.

There is also a cat living at the property, so please keep this in mind if you have allergies or aren’t comfortable around cats.

Affordability requirement: Due to the referencing/affordability criteria, the incoming tenant will need to have an annual income of at least £23,000.
