You will see a lot of adverts on Spareroom for studio rooms that are double rooms with everything in, this is double the size of those double rooms - a lot more space.

It also has its own router with super fast broadband in the studio. Your own wifi hotspot and direct ethernet connections. Included in the rent.

The property has an outdoor area and a very large off street car park for tenants to use. The location is very good, on a bus route and close to the A14/A1 plus the business parks. We also have a bike rack for cyclists.

Unfortunately I cannot accept pets due to allergies.
The studio is strictly for one person only please, no couples.
