Two very large double rooms to let close to the city centre in a large old grade 2 listed building in a quiet residential area. It's a twenty minute walk from here into the city centre. It's five minutes by bus which runs every 15 minutes.

Room 1 is en suite and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes, chests of drawers, shower, separate toilet and wash basin.

Room 2 is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes, chests of drawers and wash basin.

Additional furniture can be added if required.

All bills are included, shared washing machine, large shared kitchen (newly refurbished with large range cooker and Belfast sinks), large gardens, high speed broadband (Virgin Boosted Bolt package with WiFi pods around the house). The heating is on full all day and night.

We have safe off road parking with CCTV cameras and a safe double garage for storing bikes. You will have an allocated parking space if you have a car.

Room 1 is in the south wing of the house, on the first floor. It is very large with windows looking out onto the gardens to the south. The room is £700 per month or £790 for a couple. The deposit is £300. The room is available on Saturday 27th December.

Room 2 is in the east wing of the house, on the second floor. It is very large with a window looking out onto the gardens to the east. The room is £590 per month or £650 for a couple. The deposit is £300. The room is available on Monday 22nd December.

I am a private resident landlord and a fully accredited member of the National Landlords Association. There are no agency fees. Referencing and contracts are carried out free of charge.

We are currently seven males and one female with an average age of 39. We are informal but clean, tidy and quiet.
