I am I live-in landlord who has two double rooms available to rent. The rooms are fully furnished and allow access to the following shared spaces: kitchen, garden, living room and 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). The house itself is a great location as it is in walking distance of local shops (Nisa is 3 mins; across the road, Bretton centre is 10 mins) and there is a bus stop across the road if needed. Additionally, the Peterborough City Hospital is also 10 minutes walking distance. We have historically had many nurses and doctors stay. All within a professional job are welcome.
