Double bedroom in Professional, Alt House

Double, furnished room available in a professional household that would suit another professional. Whilst I live an Alt lifestyle, the house is quiet and all visitors are respectful of noise levels etc. I do work from home several days a week but have an office for this when needed.

There is a shared living space and a good sized garden. I do have a rescue dog, reptiles and inverts so anyone looking to move in would need to be ok with this. Re. pets; I'm open to discussion around someone having them but unfortunately cats cannot be accommodated owing to my dog.

Whilst there is not off road parking currently (I'm working on it), there are street parking bays outside the front of the property.

Lovely quiet area, with good bus routes into the town centre and train station; bus stops for the 5, 5A and 2 are all within 5-6min walking distance of the house along with a nice local with regular live music, shops, a post office and a couple of takeaways.

Currently Sky are the providers for both TV and internet and the Council Tax, included in the room cost, is Band B.
