Double Room available Homely city centre apartment

Hi there

Lovely double room available in my second floor 2 bed, 2 bathroom open-plan apartment in the city centre. Close to all amenities including Peterborough train station, Cathedral, the river, Lido, shopping etc.

FEMALE ONLY - professional. commuters or student. Please only contact if genuinely interested and happy sharing with plants and a lovely little cat.

You will be sharing with me and my cat Smudge. I work away in London twice a week and am often away at weekends so you will often have time and space to yourself. You will also practically have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite. I will only use the bath.

The let is initially for a flexible 6-12 months stay. It may be longer, or I am also flexible with shorter lets also.

All bills are included. There is Broadband, Netflix, Dishwasher etc. Electric only. The windows have acoustic glazing so great for blocking out any outdoor noise and for extra warmth in the Winter.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished if you wish. I currently use it as my work space so you will see in the photo's that I have a sofa bed and my desk in there. The desk will be removed and I have a new wooden Habitat double bed to put up.
