**A little about us**

I'm a 39-year-old working professional. I'm fairly laid-back, independent and enjoy swimming, keeping fit, travelling and spending time outdoors.

I share the house with Seamus, my five-year-old retriever/setter cross. He's a big, friendly (and sometimes needy) character who loves company, so being a genuine dog lover is a must!

I enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home and appreciate having my own space, but equally enjoy good conversation, a laugh and the occasional shared beer or glass of wine.

**Who I'm looking for**

Ideally, a mature, working professional who's friendly, considerate, tidy and independent.

Someone who treats the house as a home, respects each other's space and enjoys a relaxed, easy-going environment.

Age and gender are less important than finding the right person, and someone who genuinely loves dogs is essential.

**The arrangement**

£775 per calendar month, including bills.

Initially looking for a flexible lodger arrangement, with the potential for something longer-term if we're both happy.
