The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There's a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and the whole house has gas central heating and double glazing.

You'd be joining 3 easy-going professionals (2 female, 1 male). It's a tidy, respectful house — ideal if you want somewhere calm and comfortable to come home to.

LOCATION: walking distance to Tesco Extra at Serpentine Green, gym, pubs and restaurants. Quick access to the A1(M) and a short drive or cycle to the city centre — Peterborough station has direct trains to London in around 50 minutes.

Council tax is included in the rent (covered by the landlord).
