About me: I am a 29-year-old professional working for a Community & Environment charity. In my spare time I like watching TV, gardening, video games, bird watching, cross-stitch, playing chess, board games, and spending time with friends and family. I also have two very well-behaved cats that you would be sharing the house with (see last picture)!
About you: I am looking for a good-natured and respectful housemate – it would be lovely to be able form a friendship! Being clean, tidy, and considerate of the space is a must. Ideally similar age to myself, with shared values, good communication skills, and responsible about paying rent.
About the house: A lovely two-bedroom house centrally located in a cosy cul-de-sac in the town of Ramsey.
Downstairs there is a large living area with sofa, armchair, television, and piano. The open plan kitchen & dining room area is fully furnished with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob, and lots of storage space.
Upstairs there are two fully furnished bedrooms, a box room, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The house also includes a drive-way for parking, detached garage, and generous size south facing garden to enjoy throughout the year!
I am flexible with the furniture in your room so if there's something you don't want or something that's missing we can arrange that!
About the area: Ramsey is a mid-sized town with lots of facilities including a flourishing high street with weekly market, a variety of sit-in and take-out restaurants, pubs with live music and social events, charity and homeware shops, and a choice of food shops including Tesco, B&M, & Spar (Lidl due in 2026). It has easy access to both Huntingdon & Peterborough and is lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful countryside and nature reserves such as the Great Fen.
