Double room in quiet household

We are a chilled and relaxed, clean and tidy bunch, looking for a professional female to join us in our 4 bedroom property. We enjoy a quiet, considerate and private lifestyle, but are also partial to a good chat too.

The light, warm and airy bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has a large fitted double wardrobe, shelving and desk with chair. The garden is a peaceful place to relax after a busy day at work, and the large kitchen and communal dining area is a perfect space to get together. We are surrounded by trees and have a large green space nearby. Off road parking is available. A cleaner comes regularly which is included in the price. The WiFi signal is strong here.

Sawston is about 5 miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus and a couple of miles from the Babraham Institute, The Wellcome Genome Centre and Abington Research Park. Whittlesford Parkway Railway Station is a bike ride away and a Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to each of the above sites. Sawston boasts lots of eateries, shops and a good pub at the top of the road, only 5 minutes walk away.
