Double, professional room in Sawston

A well presented, quiet, mid-terrace house. The shared areas consist of a well equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and a garden. There's also a reliable high-speed broadband connection (500Mbps).

The location is great for commuting to Granta Park, The Sanger Institute, Addenbrooke’s, and Babraham. Busses to Cambridge run every 20 minutes (45min journey), driving to town takes 25-30 minutes. Free on-street parking is available nearby.

The available room is a good size for one person (3m x 3m), and is on the rear of the house overlooking the back garden. It comes furnished with a standard double bed and mattress, wardrobe and a bookcase. All bills and council tax are included in the monthly rent.

Short-term lets will be considered but longer is always preferable. There's one bathroom, and work to be done, so no pretty-boys. We're basically looking for another easygoing, considerate, professional bloke working standard, sociable hours.
