Room in Sawston

This would suit a professional female working at one of the nearby science parks who enjoys a good chat, but also a quiet and private lifestyle too. The garden is a peaceful place to relax after a busy day at work, and the large kitchen and communal dining area is a perfect space to get together.

The single room with single bed is recently decorated with a largely private bath/shower room across the corridor. The bedroom is light, warm and airy and has a large fitted wardrobe, shelving and desk if required.

The bungalow is in a quiet area and is of open plan design with fitted kitchen. The garden is enclosed and peaceful and is always happy to be tended to. Off road parking is available.

We are a clean and tidy bunch who always leave the kitchen as we like to find it. However a cleaner comes regularly which is included in the price. The WiFi signal is strong here.

Sawston is five miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus/Addenbrookes site, and is within a couple of miles of The Sanger Centre at Hauxton, The Babraham Institute, Whittlesford Parkway Railway Station and Abington Research Park. A Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.

Sawston boasts lots of eateries, shops and a good pub at the top of the road, only 5 minutes walk away. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to each of the above sites.

Available from 1st June, due to our current long term flatmate sadly moving out to return to her homeland.
