Double En-Suite Room Available - Soham

We currently have one double en-suite room available in a quiet and friendly house share (Room 5 – details below).

Please note that a monthly utility usage cap applies to all our properties.

We carry out credit checks and references for the successful applicant.

The property is located in Soham, approximately 6 miles from Ely and 8 miles from Newmarket. It is just a 5-minute walk to the town centre, where you’ll find regular bus services to Ely, Newmarket, and Cambridge, along with a variety of shops and cafés.

This is a peaceful household with hardworking housemates, and we are looking for someone who is honest, clean, and respectful of others.

The property features a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped and ready for you to move in, including a washing machine, microwave, and two fridge freezers.

All bills are included, along with Wi-Fi access. A cleaner attends weekly; however, tenants are expected to maintain the property in good condition.

We are hands-on landlords and regularly visit the property to ensure all tenants are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Room 1: En-suite room with a kitchenette and separate living area overlooking the shared garden.

Room 2: Double room (single occupancy), located downstairs, with shared bathroom and kitchen.

Room 3: Double room (single occupancy), located upstairs, with shared bathroom and kitchen.

Room 4: Double room (single occupancy), located upstairs, with shared bathroom and kitchen.

Room 5: Available room – double en-suite room (single occupancy), located upstairs.

Room 6: Small single room (single occupancy), located upstairs.
