There are 2 rooms, 1 with a 3/4 bed (not double) and 1 room with wardrobes/chest of drawers - to clarify, 1 person only would use both rooms. I have a dishwasher, a washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and tall fridge.
I work a 60/40 split between working in the office and at home and I’m also happy for someone else to wfh, but not full time.
I’m very clean and tidy and a flat mate who shares the same values would be welcomed.
The house is in a quiet village called Needingworth with a shop a 1 minute walk away and a pub a, 5 minute walk. St ives is a 5 minute drive and Cambridge is roughly 30 minutes.
