Includes all bills. Rent Room 1 - Grey curtains and blind, double bed. £750 per calendar month, payable in advance. Includes all bills (subject to reasonable usage for electricity and amenities.) Room 2 - red curtains, double bed. £700 per month. Room 3 - black and chandelier. Extra large superking bed. £750 per month.

House is owned and managed by female live in landlady who lives in a separate part of the house/ travels extensively.

Shared large kitchen, lounge, dining room and lounge and choice of two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi jet bath and double shower, one a modern wet room with powerful shower. Max 2 sharing as owner has own bathroom and other facilities.

Use of garden and various amenities, including hottub by agreement.

Easygoing and young at heart live in landlady. Modern high spec family home in a sought after area so a high standard of cleanliness and respect for other guests and lodgers expected. Weekly cleaning or cleaner costs (c£30) to be shared by all lodgers.
