Shared kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room downstairs. Washing machine, tumble dryer, inside airer and outside washing line.
There's a huge garden and off road parking for 3 to 4 cars. The downstairs tenant has 2 small dogs stay 2 or 3 nights a week.
Shared, large, modern upstairs bathroom, with additional toilet on that floor. Sharing with 2 others upstairs. Very spacious feel to the home, all rooms are very private, large and freshly decorated.
Lovely sleepy village with a pub, well stocked shop, park with lovely river walks. Quiet little country lane. Detached home with private garden, both very spacious and private. Half an hour drive to Cambridge or Peterborough.
