Washing machine, tumble dryer, inside airer and outside washing line. Communal weekly cleaner. Very spacious, quiet and well maintained home.
There's a huge garden and off road parking for 3 to 4 cars. The downstairs tenant has 2 small dogs stay 2 or 3 nights a week; and own livingroom and bathroom.
Shared, large, modern upstairs bathroom, with additional toilet on that floor. Sharing with 2 others upstairs. Very spacious feel to the home, all rooms are very private, large and freshly decorated.
