CB2 sunny rooms

A single room comes with a single bed, study desk, wardrobe, lamp, and a shared bathroom. It is bright and sunny, facing the garden.

A double room is furnished with a double bed, study desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, lamp, side table, and either a private or shared bathroom (optional). An additional fee applies when the double room is occupied by a couple.

Free off-street parking, bicycle shed, high-speed WiFi access, dryer, washer, fridge, frozen, kitchen, and a big beautiful garden for a refresh. The bathroom option (shared or private) is negotiable.

A bus stop is right at the doorstep, with direct routes to the hospital, Cambridge station, Mill Road, and the city center.

- To City Center: ~30 min
- To Shelford Train Station: ~9 min by bus or bike
- To Addenbrooks Hospital: ~10 min by bus or bike
