Double bedroom (single occupancy) in Trumpington

A double room is becoming available in a recently renovated house.
I work outside Cambridge for most of the week, therefore you would enjoy the benefit of having the whole property for yourself.
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
As I'm not living there for most of the week, one of the bathrooms is almost like an en-suite attached to the bedroom.

I would prefer to have long term lodgers (> 1 year)
