Cozy room in a 3 person house in Trumpington

Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to move into her cozy single room from May 1st onward. The current rent covers all bills including council tax (band E).

The house has two floors (and a loft we don't use), with a large living room, toilet and kitchen on the downstairs floor, and a shared bathroom and three bedrooms on the top floor. The bedroom on offer has a west-facing window, and comes with furniture included (double bed, mattress, cabinet, built-in wardrobe). There is also space in the downstairs living room east-facing area for a small home office or extra storage space if needed. The garage is currently used primarily for storage and our drier, but there is a driveway for parking cars and an extra spot by the end of the cul-de-sac also used by our neighbors. We currently don't have any cars.

The house is in Trumpington, situated within 10-15min walking from Waitrose, Hobbson Square (where you can find a pharmacy, GP, Nisa Local, Sainsbury's Local, library and more), and a gym. All three major Trumpington pubs are 2-5min walking from the house. It is also really easy to get to the city center, by foot 40-50min, bike 15min, and there is a Park&Ride bus stop just 5min from the house. For people working in the Cambridge Biomedical Campus it is a 30min walk or a 10min cycle. For people working at the Wellcome Genome Campus, the campus bus stop is only 5min away from the house.

Current housemates are Petra (Croatian) and Stanley (Nigerian), both scientists at the Wellcome Sanger Institute working on malaria mosquitoes and cholera. We enjoy cooking, sharing food and cuisine, one is up to date on football and the other on videogames. We like to occasionally host get-togethers like brunch, lunch or dinner with board/card games at the house. Weather permitting we have a large garden with plenty of vegetables grown for house use (some years we had more luck than others).
