We have a lovely, bright and spacious double room available in our modern four-bedroom house in the CB2 Trumpington area. The house is a new build, so everything is clean, well-insulated, and finished to a high standard — it’s a really comfortable place to live.
The room is within your budget and offers plenty of natural light and space to make it your own. The house is in a fantastic location: Sainsbury’s is just a 2-minute walk away, and bus services are frequent and very convenient. You can also easily cycle to your workplace, which makes commuting simple and stress-free.
The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy it as a home, not just a place to stay.
