Spacious Single Room in Trumpington (Long Term)

Room to let in Trumpington in a spacious terraced house, with large bathroom, garden and living spaces. Cycle to Addenbrookes/Biomed campus in under 10 mins, or the centre of town in 15. Local shops include Waitrose, Sainsburys and some good international corner shops.

We are looking for a long-term housemate, who will be sharing the lease with us (subject to referencing), ideally someone who is looking to stay at least 6 months. We do like to keep the house clean and tidy, so we would appreciate someone with a similar approach, but other than that, we're very friendly and open to all inquiries. Myself and my partner are young professionals, in bakery and biomedical science, respectively.

The room comes part furnished, with a wooden bed frame, mattress, bedside table, shelving, wardrobe and an optional desk. The house also features a double oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as fast wifi!

The room itself will be £600, with utilities and council tax (Band D) split equally, usually around £100-£150 a month each. Any further details can be provided on enquiry!
