A double room is available in my five-bedroom home in Trumpington. I’m a retired man who enjoys running and a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. I live at the property as a resident landlord and currently live alone, with my son returning only during school holidays.

This is the first room I am letting, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. I’m looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoking lodger who will respect the home and shared spaces. No parties or overnight guests are allowed.

All bills, including council tax (Band G) and Wi-Fi, are included in the rent. Bicycle storage is available, and a parking space can also be provided.

The house is opposite Cambridge South station, with the station entrance around a 15-minute walk away. There are bus links to Cambridge city centre, which is also approximately 20 minutes away by bike. Suitable for students, university staff and working professionals.
