Double room in a large family home with shared bathroom.

£450 per month, includes all utilities, bills and council tax as well as super fast fibre broadband (£550 for couples).

Home consists of married couple with a young toddler (home owners) and a lady from India renting another room as well as 2 dogs.

As we’re a family with a small child, we’re looking for someone who appreciates a homely and respectful household. We’d love to welcome someone friendly, trustworthy, and who values being part of a home, not just a house.

We’re seeking a responsible individual who’s comfortable around babies and dogs. You’ll be tidy, respectful, and happy to embrace the dynamic of a family household. Female preferred, must be non smoker and drugs will not be tolerated
