Description
I have a double room available for rent for single occupant only, sorry no couples. Female preferred. Large room with king sized bed. Smart television with Netflix, etc. En suite with toilet, wash basin and new shower. My preferred tenant would be a quiet, professional non smoker. Live in landlord. Access to the kitchen not possible at present but I could provide meals for a small extra cost. I would prefer Mon-Fri guest but would consider one-night stays for £35 a night.
