The room is a single room with TV, desk and a view of the garden trees.
The house is in Witchford near Ely. It overlooks the village Common and is in walking distance of a pub, a post office and a TakeAway.
Facilities are shared and include a kitchen with double oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and dining room with TV.
There is off street parking.
We have a lovely atmosphere at the moment and are looking for someone who is quiet, easy to get on with, reliable and solvent. We also hope they won't mind helping out with putting out the recycling every week. It is in Band D tax band, but council tax is included in your costs. We're looking for someone in full time work or a post-graduate student. If commuting to Cambridge you need a car.
