A well-furnished double room is available in a clean, quiet and tidy home.

The room includes:

• Comfortable double bed
• Bedside cabinets and drawers
• Small wardrobe/airing cupboard
• TV with Amazon Fire Stick
• Wi-Fi
• Chest of drawers

The house is fully furnished, and the room is rented as a room only rather than a traditional house share. You’re welcome to use the kitchen and living room, with the kitchen fully equipped and all appliances provided.

As there isn’t a huge amount of storage, this would ideally suit someone with minimal belongings who doesn’t need lots of storage space.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, self-sufficient and has good common sense. Ideally, someone who works and values a clean, peaceful and well-kept home environment.

Please note:
• This is for one person only
• Not suitable for couples
• Not suitable for someone wanting regular guests or overnight visitors
• The house is fully furnished, so there is no need for lots of additional furniture or belongings
• Preferably available on a short-term basis
