A well-furnished double room is available in a clean, quiet and tidy home. The room includes:

• Small wardrobe/airing cupboard
• TV with Amazon Fire Stick
• Wi-Fi
• Chest of drawers

The tenant will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances provided.

I also have a small, very friendly dog called Reggie, so any prospective tenant would need to be comfortable around dogs. The house is kept very clean and tidy, with no dog odour, and the garden is regularly maintained and kept clear of any mess.

I’m looking for someone respectful, self-sufficient and with good common sense. This would ideally suit a working professional who values a clean, peaceful and well-kept home environment.

Preferably available on a short-term basis.
