I have a lovely first floor double bedroom in a 2 bed end of terrace house that is currently situated near Alderley Edge golf club and is a 5 mins drive to both Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, including their respective train stations. The house is situated at a convenient location of 15-20 mins drive to both Knutsford and Manchester Airport as well. For any healthcare professionals, the house is less than a 20 mins drive to the following hospitals:
- Wythenshawe Hospital
- Macclesfield Hospital
The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and bedside tables. A space in the corner of the room provides an opportunity for a desk space should you wish to work from home.
I will be living in the second double bedroom on the same floor and the rental would be let on a shared housing basis. There is a modern, recently renovated bathroom on the top floor and a further toilet downstairs.
The house benefits from a spacious dining room and a separate living room with high-speed broadband, flat screen tv and a cozy couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, integrated ovens, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer & a compact dishwasher. You are free to use any cooking utensils/equipment in the kitchen I already have as long as they are cleaned after use.
There is a patio to the back which offers south westerly sunshine on sunny days. There is ample off-street parking by the house should you drive.
I am a working professional myself and mostly out of the house on long shifts. Looking for a professional or mature student (preferably male), non-smoker with or without pets. I am open to monthly rolling contracts.
Currently the rental price offered per month includes:
- Water Bill
- High speed broadband
- Council tax
- Shared housing basis (usage of kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room)
Electricity and Gas Bill would be shared amongst the both of us on a monthly basis and is roughly estimated between 50-100 pounds per person for a month depending on the time of the year.
**Please note the house is on the market to be sold and therefore I can only allow a maximum term of 6 months. If the house is approved for a sale, I would be giving you prior notice of at least 2-3 months in advance**
