Room to let with a friendly couple

My husband and I have two spare rooms available. We would like to rent out either the double room or the single room. A female professional is preferred.

Double room: £550 per month
Single room: £500 per month

All bills are included.

The property is within walking distance of Macclesfield College, the railway station, and the town centre. Macclesfield Hospital is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

The house includes parking for one car, a south-facing garden, a conservatory, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, and internet access.

Kindly note that we request that no pork be cooked in the house.

Both rooms have been newly decorated.
