Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new room mate to share my lovely new build house in Cheadle with :) Lived with a good friend for a few years here but he has moved out due to a new job! The room is ready to move in as of September :)
It’s £550 rent with all bills.. House is furnished, but unfortunately the bedroom isn’t - so bed frame, drawers mattress etc would be needed (pictures are with my old housemates bed in!)
I’m a 27 year old professional looking for someone who I can get along with too.. I’m outgoing and sociable but also enjoy a night in!
* HOUSE & FURNITURE*
I have furnished the communal areas of the house! Room needs to be fully furnished.
*LOCATION*
5 min walk to Cheadle high street. Perfect for anyone wanting ease to Manchester, Didsbury, Stockport, Gatley, Wilmslow.. these are all 10-15 mins away if that. Also just 20mins into town! Transport links are very good - gatley station and parrswood tram 5 mins away.
