for single working occupant. refs preferred. wi-fi ,very quiet, always bathe at parents house (across road) or at gym and mostly I eat and sleep elseware, the bungalow is a secure base for my belongings and I'm there daily- ish, so , I have to be picky.

A *** FULL*** spare room profile/add about the applicant is necessary, it gives me, (as well as every landlord applied to) info about you're reqirements and suitability, so please have one filled out as much as possible, if you wish to be considered- (NO FULL PROFILE-NO-GO). Or just get a automated rejection, youre choice , sorry. it only takes minutes to do and can be used multiple times, and saves time.
