Two gyms/health clubs within a mile. 1. 5 miles from chester center- 3 mins by car/25mins walk. sainsbury's 1 min drive/ 15 mins walk. Washing machine, clothes lines in back g. d. n and microwave, 2 pubs- 8 mins walk. local shops / off licence and 2 fast food outlets - 2 mins walk. 3 double sockets in room/ t. v. aerial outlet in room, new wardrobe+cubbards and draws, very quiet, 42"3D t. v. in front room, and wi-fi. extra storage space available- including space for bike in alarmed garage, some fridge and freezer and kitchen storage space . two smoke alarms, no smoking in room/house, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 fire blanket and a carbon dioxide detector (c. r. b'd), always bathe at parents or at gym and mostly eat and sleep elseware, the bungalow is a secure base for my belongings and regularly me, so it can get really quiet here. I am 54 . As I have tried to supply a load of info about the accommodation and local area, so, A full spare room profile/add about the applicant is necessary, it gives me, (as well as every landlord applied to) info about you're reqirements and suitability, so please have one filled out as much as possible, if you wish to be considered- (NO PROFILE-NO-GO). it only takes minutes to do and can be used multiple times, and saves time. ☆ ROOM 2 ☆ built-in wardrobe- drawers. Light fan t. v. outlet nice.
