Chester ch3, HUNTINGTON. bungalow- large db room (new extension/furniture in nice area. With off road parking. Private residence-live in landlord (semi anyway)-usually sleep at parents and the other lodger is away for months at a time. Mainly empty.
1 room for single working occupant. refs preferred. on main r. d . bus stops right outside (main route- regular service both into Chester or sainsbury's) wi-fi , 1 min from +A55 access + cycle track-nature park, 1 min from river Dee access point/canoeing and sailing clubs and fishing. Two gyms/health clubs within a mile. 1. 5 miles from chester center- 3 mins by car/25mins walk. sainsbury's 1 min drive/ 15 mins walk. Washing machine, clothes lines in back g. d. n and microwave, 2 pubs- 8 mins walk. local shops / off licence and 2 fast food outlets - 2 mins walk. 3 double sockets in room/ t. v. aerial outlet in room, new wardrobe+cubbards and draws, very quiet, 42"3D t. v. in front room, and wi-fi. extra storage space available- including space for bike in alarmed garage, some fridge and freezer and kitchen storage space . two smoke alarms, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 fire blanket and a carbon dioxide detector. I have problematic speech, not massive but problematic over phone, or in initial
contact (I avoid the phone where possible) . Some slight disability adaptations are present, others can be installed if required. (c. r. b'd), always bathe at parents or at gym and mostly eat and sleep elseware, the bungalow is a base for me and jane ,the lodger. who is seldom here, so it can get really quiet here. I am 52 and the other lodger 44-(ish). As I have tried to supply a load of info about the accommodation and local area, so, A full spare room profile/add about the applicant is necessary, it gives me, (as well as every landlord applied to) info about you're reqirements and suitability, so please have one filled out as much as possible, if you wish to be considered- (NO PROFILE-NO-GO). it only takes minutes to do and can be used multiple times, and saves time.
