I am looking for tenants for my 4 Bedroom house share, which has recently undergone a refurb. There is currently 1 double room available £450 a month with all bills included.

The house is located in Chester and is only around 5 minutes’ walk to Chester Railway station, Chester city centre, and Hoole. Hoole is a popular suburb that features trendy bars and restaurants.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The smaller room also includes HD TV that works with Netflix and Catch up TV. Both rooms have TV points.
