Chic city living with parking

I have lovely double room in a modernised Georgian Grade II listed with myself, a laid back live in landlord and Ebony my 1.5 yr old black lab cross. I am a physio and have a clinic on the street.

The area is really quiet and you literally cant get closer to town.

The room has a nearly new kingsize bed and mattress, desk and ergonomic desk chair

There is a communal garden at the back and space to park in a secure carpark.

Bills are included, flat has usual amenities dishwasher, washing machine.. although no tumble dryer currently.

Unfortunately due to parking space restrictions a small to medium sized car is preferable
