En Suite Room in Shared Student Flat

I am looking for a Student to take over my tenancy at Tudor Place Student Accommodation. I am leaving the accommodation due to family reasons and have really enjoyed my time here. The accommodation is only a few years old so everything is all really modern. The room is a really good size and offers an en suite bathroom. You share the fully equipped and large kitchen / lounge with the other residents of the flat. The kitchen has oven/hob/fridge/freezer/dining table and chairs/settees and chill out area.
The bed is a small double with lots of storage underneath. You also have a big wardrobe, desk and office chair. The building also has a gym for residents. Onsite maintenance and 24/7 staff on duty.
