I have my one/two bedroom terrace house for rent.
Its conveniently located in Saltney (£7 for a taxi from Chester) or is a 25 min walk to town or a 5 minute drive. There are great bus connections too.

Please note the photos are dated from when I lived there (the furniture etc is slightly different currently rented by a long term tenant who is leaving). Please note it will be professionally deep cleaned and touched up before the next tenant. It will look similar to the photos when the next tenant arrives.

It’s got a little kitchen small but nice. It has a very cosy lounge. There is a fake log burner style fireplace. The house has an entrance hall too.
Then upstairs is 2 bedrooms, along with bathroom (ensuite to the rear bedroom). Has both bath and over bath shower.
The house is mostly furnished.

It’s gas central heating. Electric and water as normal.
The tax is the lowest band.
Flintshire tax fyi… free prescriptions if you go with a doc this side of the border!
Parking outside not on a main road!

Zero Deposit Scheme will be used and I can send you the details. This means a insurance scheme is used by the tenant rather than giving me a deposit to hold in the TDS.

I will consider pets.

Prefer a professional individual or couple but please contact me if you are tidy and clean looking for a nice little home. I will consider PhD students, but sorry no students!
Suitable for professionals or couples, single parents welcome. Too small for a family!
