Rent price includes utility bills (energy, water, internet, TV licence) fair use up to £17.50 per week per tenant. Council tax band B, not included with rent.

Rent will be due calendar monthly and pro rata for part of first month from arrival date.

The minimum expected stay is normally 1 year, but the contract will be a periodic tenancy (requiring 2 full calendar months' vacation notice) in line with the new Renters' Rights Act.
