Tudor Place - Ensuite bedroom

I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my lease for an BRONZE ensuite bedroom at Tudor Place Student Accommodation in Chester. This room has LOTS of space. The rate is also discounted from booking direct as I lived there last year. I am not attending Uni at Chester this year so need a replacement otherwise I would be staying. The other flat mates are all really great too and very tidy. The room is part of a flat share where you have your own ensuite bedroom and share the kitchen with your flatmates. The property is Student only The property also features the following:
• 3/4 double bed – lots of storage
• Ensuite bathroom
• Social space – Gym – Quiet Study – cinema room
• Pool table and other games
• Events
• Security on site
• Reception team on site
Please contact me if you are interested and I will forward your details to the team who will contact you. Viewing available too with the team at the Tudor Place.
