I have a good-sized double room available in a tidy house in Huntington, furnished with a comfy single bed and a desk.
This setup would perfectly suit a professional who works in Chester during the week but heads home for the weekends. I’m looking for someone quiet, respectful, and tidy to join the household.
The House
The house is kept in good nick and features a spacious kitchen, a lounge, and a dining room, along with a nice garden for a bit of fresh air. You’ll also find that parking on the road is usually quite straightforward.
A bit about the household
I am the owner and I work from home most days. There is one other friendly lodger currently living here. Because I’m working in the house during the week, I do need the house to be empty during the day and at weekends.
The finer details
Availability: Monday to Friday only (arriving Monday, departing Friday morning).
Working hours: This is for someone with standard daytime working hours. I’m afraid I can’t put up anyone doing early, late, or night shifts.
Working from home: As I work from the house myself, there is no scope for working from home.
Occupancy: Strictly for one person only (no couples, please).
