Full-time council tax-exempted students will be preferred. Ideally, you will be a full-time student for the full duration of your intended stay for you to avoid liability to pay council tax.

Rent will be due calendar monthly and pro rata for part of first month from arrival date.

The minimum expected stay is normally 6 months, but the contract will be a periodic tenancy (requiring 2 full calendar months' vacation notice) in line with the new Renters' Rights Act.
