Room 2 available from 7 February 2026 for £495 per month.
Room 6 available from 14 February 2026 for £495 per month.

Rooms cost between £495 and £510/month including bills (energy, water, internet, TV licence) based on size. All rooms are fully furnished with UK double or 3/4 bed.) Rent will be due calendar monthly and pro rata for part of first month from arrival date.

The minimum expected stay is normally 6 months, but the contract will be a periodic tenancy (requiring 2 full calendar months' vacation notice) in line with the new Renters' Rights Act.
