The lounge has a 50" smart TV with internet channels access.

Room rent including bills with broadband and TV licence is £485-£510 per calendar month based on room size. The minimum tenancy term is 6 months, while 12 months is possible.
Council tax is not included and we only accept tax-exempted full-time students.
