Due to council tax rules, only full-time council tax-exempted students will be accepted. You must be a full-time student for the full duration of your intended stay for you to avoid liability to pay council tax. Tax for the full house would be due from a professional renting 1 room when sharing with students.

The minimum expected stay is normally 6 months, but the contract will be a periodic/continuous tenancy (requiring 2 full calendar months' vacation notice) in line with the new Renters' Rights Act.
