- Room 3 is set on the 1st floor (up one flight of stairs), a super spacious room (it is basically two rooms in one!) with high ceilings and a west facing window that looks out over the gardens & towards the Clwydian Hills (so you can watch the sun set!). It is laid out with the double bed (with ottoman storage), wardrobe and drawers in the back room (overlooking the hills), whilst the front room is like a small living room with comfy chair, a desk and desk chair, and storage cubes - the perfect place for some crafting or studying, separate to where you sleep!

It was fully refurbished in Summer 2024, so has a modern feel :)

Currently, the other housemates are a mix of mainly female (3) and two male (2), all aged between 22-28years old, who are either studying at the Uni, on placement for their degrees, or have graduated and are starting their new careers :)

Perfect for individual students, or post graduates who are just starting out in their careers 🎓
