Quiet 2 Bed House, 0.7miles to town with garden!

15 minute walk into town and 20 mins to the station! Hi! I'm Rach, the live in landlord. Looking for someone clean, tidy and with similar interests :)

I'm 36, bit of a nomad, obsessed with learning. Spiritual. Have travelled a lot, really into health and wellness. Love cats! (Might get one) Super creative, a roller skater and used to be a software developer (hence the house!). I don't really drink and don't go out other than to emo gigs here and there. I'd rather wake up early and go to the gym! :) I do ad hoc promo work/part time stuff, looking at getting into day trading atm, so I'm home a lot.

The house is in a quiet village, right next to town and various gyms, it's small but perfectly formed. There is a lush sun spot in the garden with a comfy swing chair. The stairs face south. Your room has tons of built in storage. I do have a TV in the living room! Will consider a cat but only if it pees outside/in a litter tray and not on the floor.

Shed for bike storage and driveway for off road parking.

Bills are about £220 for just me, so maybe £300 split between us in the winter, summer would be about £70? cheaper I think. And I'd rather be warm and happy than cold and miserable, so the heating goes on!
