There is a wall-mounted LG 43" smart TV in every room (connected to the TV aerial and also the internet via ethernet cable).
The rents are fully inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, broadband, TV licence, etc.
There is private parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property (£20/month). Limited free kerbside parking is available on the surrounding roads.
