Lodger to share my beautiful Chester flat

The flat is in the Curzon Park area of Chester, which is walkable into the centre of town (15-20 minutes). The flat is more like a maisonette situated in a lovely old converted building. It has its own front door which leads to a hallway for coats etc. with stairs to the main accommodation on the first and second (top) floors. It comprises 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite, a large shared living room and eat in fully fitted kitchen. There is also a separate small laundry room with a washer/dryer. The flat is surrounded by beautiful communal gardens and comes with 2 designated parking spaces and a garage (which is presently used for storage).

I am only in the flat part-time since my main home is in London. I bought the flat to be near family when I come to visit them. And so I need to find someone I can trust and really get along with, who will look after and enjoy the flat in my absence and keep it secure. If you think that could be you, please get in touch.
