A comfortable spare room is available in my well-kept two-bedroom house in Lache, Chester. The house would suit a clean, respectful professional looking for a quiet and homely place to stay.

You would have shared use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden, as well as access to the driveway. As I am currently between homes, I am rarely at the property, so you would usually have the house largely to yourself while still renting in my home.

The property is in a convenient location for Chester city centre, the Countess of Chester Hospital and surrounding areas, with local shops and transport links nearby.

I am looking for someone who will treat the house as their own, keep shared areas clean and be considerate of the property and neighbours.
