Dedicated parking on the property directly in front of the house. (It’s not on the street.)
I do all the cleaning, servicing the rooms every day. Fresh bedding and towels fortnightly. I do everything. It’s like a hotel.
Laundry service is £15 per load (washed, dried and folded).
If you prefer to use a commercial launderette in Chester it's the same price but less convenient. These are your only two laundry options here.
Both bedrooms have brand new excellent quality, deep, firm Sealy mattresses, new divans, decent pillows, new bedding and solid oak furniture.
Not suitable for those who wish to spend most of their time in the house. I'm only interested in accommodating people who go out to work.
Security deposit is one month’s rent. This is to prevent people from pretending that they are going to stay for at least 3 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you leave within 3 months.
Council tax obviously included in rent.
Superfast broadband at the property.
NO TV signal. No TV set.
No smokers, no pets. No drinking to excess. Smoking anything on the property is not permitted. No drunkenness. No inviting guests for sleepovers. No couples of any sort.
