The house is in a quiet location, next to the cycleway and near total fitness gym. All our double rooms are furnished with a double bed, matching suite including large mirror wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest and bedside lamp. The private ensuite consists of shower, sink and toilet. Heated towel rail. There is also a desk/office space within the room. It's a very light bright room with a quiet aspect.
Each of our rooms has its own TV point.
Massive social space in the shared lounge, dining area and kitchen. It's a modern house, very well insulated, so really warm.
The Landlord responds within 24 hours and is quick to address any issues.
All doors are fire doors with personal key for bedroom doors with inside thumb turn locks.
Interlocked mains Smoke alarms fitted. Double glazing throughout.
All deposits are lodged with the DPS.

Our cleaner ensures communal rooms are cleaned weekly. Council tax, fast fibre broadband, TV licence and Garden maintenance all included. The only bills you pay are for Gas, Elec and Water, shared between the housemates which around £50 per month.
Walking distance from Chester town centre with direct access on to cycle-way. 5 minutes to the Countess Hospital and train station. Total Fitness gym 2 minute walk away. Bike storage available. Suit professional person.
If you are new to Chester then this is perfect for you. We have 2 other houses next door. This brings something special. There is a lovely happy community here among the friendly house-mates. They will give you a warm welcome and you can be as sociable as you want.
There is garden space outside with tables, benches and BBQ.
We would consider 1 year work placement or mature part-time student but not full time students, or couples, sorry.
