I am a very easy going live in landlord. A work from home mixed media creative and amiable person . My house is very relaxed and lived in- clean but unfussy.
I am looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy & considerate who needs a comfortable, quiet, private furnished room from Sunday evening to Friday morning. The double room has a TV and a small desk and your bed will not be used at weekends by others.
I have all mod cons, a cleaner, a small garden and the house is in a quiet street off the main road. In addition, it is a 5-minute walk to the new leisure centre with gym and pool etc. which is next to a very well kept park with the river Dane flowing alongside.
The town centre is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive, as is the local train station. Macclesfield and Crewe are both a 30 to 40 minute drive with Manchester centre an approx. 50 minute drive.
