There are 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and a shared downstairs shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 5 ring hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!

OUR SERVICES
- Online Tenant Portal where you can access a range of information relating to your tenancy.
- A 24/7 phone line, so even out of office hours, you can contact us and leave a message with someone.
- An online maintenance reporting form, which can be completed at tenants' own convenience and allows issues to be logged, triaged and tracked properly.
- We carry out regular property inspections to monitor the condition of the building.
- Communal cleaners visit every couple of weeks to attend to the shared areas of the house.

DEPOSIT
We offer options:
- Deposit - this is refunded upon check out as long as everything is OK with the room and up to date with rent.
- Reposit - zero deposit option - pay a non-refundable fee of £150 minimum (or equivalent to a week's rent if more) to Reposit. No money tied up in a deposit and not waiting for it to be returned at the end of your tenancy.
